- 1,5 DL. DE AGUA.
- 300 GR. DE AZÚCAR.
- 200 GR. DE COBERTURA DE CHOCOLATE NEGRO.

Prep. Time → 30 min

1. 1- Hacer un almíbar.

2. 2 - Retirar del fuego.
- Dejar atemperar e incorporar la cobertura de chocolate.
- Remover hasta homogeneizar.
