1. Bang the oven on at 180 deg, Gas Mark 4 and let it get hot
Sift the flour, sugar, coca and bicarbinate of Soda into a bowl. Melt the butter & cola gently in a bain marie, and then add to all the dry ingredients in a bowl, together with the mik, eggs and vanilla
beat, but not within an inch of its life. The cola will give it air, you don't need to smash the sh*t out of it
Pop it all into a greased 30cm removable bottom cake tin and bake for 40 mins or until when you jam a knife in, it comes out clean.
Leave to cool for about 20 minutes whilst you crack on and make the topping
2. For the TOPPING
3. Put the butter, cola drink and cocoa into a pan (bain marie) and melt slowly. Bring the mixture to the boil and then pour onto icing sugar. Beat until smooth and pour over the cake and mould neatly over the top.
4. For the Sauce
5. Melt a massive caramel chocolate bar, and serve it as a pouring sauce. Caramel gets very sticky when melted, so use double cream to give you pouring consistency.
6. Use Marshmallows to decorate if that is your bag.
