Coconut-banana bread

Ingredients for 1 Loaf
2 long bananas-mashed with a little lemon juice
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
½ tsp. soda
½ cup melted butter
½ cup shredded coconut
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. Milk
½ tsp. salt
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Handful of chocolate chips (optional)
Prep. Time → 10-15 min
Cook Time → 60 min

Directions
1. Combine bananas, sugar and eggs. Add milk, flour, salt, soda and baking powder. Add butter, vanilla and coconut and chocolate chips. Put batter in greased loaf pan and bake 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until a tester comes out clean. Let cool for an hour or two before cutting into slices. Makes one loaf
