COCONUT PARANTHA of Tapashi Dey - Recipefy

NGREDIENT

1. Atta (wheat flour) 3 cups
2. Carom seeds (ajwain) 1 tsp
3. Coconut grated 1 cup
4. Panner or tofu grated ½ cup
5. Green chilli chopped 1 tsp
6. Ginger chopped 1tsp
7. Coriander leaves chopped ½ cup
8. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
9. Wheat sesame roasted 1 tbsp
10. Nutmeg powder ½ tbsp
11. Salt to taste
12. Oil or butter for paratha

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 15 min

2. • Mix salt and 1 tsp oil/butter and required amount of water with atta and make a fine dough
• Heat 1 tbsp oil/butter in a pan and add ginger, coconut and panner, mix well
• Add salt, chilli, carom seeds and lemon juice
• Add coriander leaves, sesame and nutmeg powder, mix very well and cook for 5 minutes in high flame
• Make 10 balls of dough and roll out each
• Place the stuffing in the center and join the all ages of the roll and again give the shape of ball by your palm, you can rub oil on your palm also
• Again roll out the paratha and toast the paratha, using 1 tbsp oil or butter
• Serve with your favorite curry
