Cod Livers
Oil from cod livers (brine from the can) or EVOO
Grapefruit, peeled, sliced into 1/2 inch cubes (ish)
Lime Zest
Lime Juice
Lemon Peel, as much yellow and as little white as possible. Very very thinly sliced into 3/4 inch julienne.
Dill, chopped down to small leave.
Capers - roughly chopped
Chives - thinly sliced.
Mache lettuce leaves
S-n-P

To test -->
Searing cod livers (blowtorch?)....very delicate...
Proscuitto crisps (a thin slice beneath the grapefruit, above the cod liver.
