Coffee ice cream - no ice cream maker

1/4 cup coffee
1-1/3c powdered sugar
1/4c cocoa powder
1-1/4c whipping cream

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 360 min

1. 1. Combine coffee, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder in a small bowl.

2. 2. Using a whisk, whip cream until soft peaks just start to form and the cream has thickened slightly.

3. 3. Whisk the coffee mixture in with the cream and whisk until the texture is back to the soft peaks.

4. 4. Place in a freezer-proof container and freeze for at least 6 hours or until lovely and ice-creamy.
