Coriander chicken recipe
Recipe bychicken - 500 gm, coriander leaves paste – ½ cup.,salt to taste, curd - 200 gm, sugar - ½ teaspoon, green chilli paste - 4 tablespoon, ginger paste - 1 tablespoon ,garlic paste - 1 tablespoon,onion 2 pieces finely chopped,oil 4 tablespoon
1. 1. chicken pieces wash and cleaned.
2. marinate chicken with curd 200gm, garlic paste 1 tablespoon, ginger paste 1 tablespoon.rub all over meat. Cover and marinate for about 3-4 hours.
3. now add oil in kadai. Heat for oil about 3 minutes, now add finely chopped onion and fry for golden brown color.now add marinate chicken.heat very low and cooking for very slowly.after 40 minutes water from the chicken is absorbed, now add coriander leaves paste ½ cup and chilli paste 4 tablespoon and cooking for 5 minutes in low heat.
4.serve hot with rice/chapatti .
