Corned beef crispbakes sw

- 60gm instant mash potato
- 340gm Can Corned Beef (10½ Syns)
- 200gm can sweetcorn, drained
- 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 x Scan Bran B made into breadcrumbs (4 Syns)
- 1 x large egg
- Fry Light
1. Method
1. Make up the mash according to the packet instructions. In another bowl, break up the corned beef with a fork. Add the potato, sweetcorn and Worcestershire sauce and mix. Shape the mixture into 12 cakes and chill for 30 minutes.
2. Preheat the oven to 190 C / gas mark 5.
2. 3. Beat the egg. Dip each crispbake in the egg and then coat with Scan Bran crumbs. Spray each crispbake with Fry Light and bake in the oven for 14 minutes.
