Cottage pie

2 large onions finely chopped
500g minced beef
4 beef stock cubes (based on Oxo)
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp worcester sauce
1 tsp french mustard (dark)
500g potatoes
300ml boiling water

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 30 min

1. Peel and boil the potatoes until soft, drain and mash

2. Fry onion in oil until clear

3. Add the mince and fry until brown, drain off excess fat

4. Crumble in stock and add the water

5. Add tomato sauce, worcester sauce and mustard

6. Empty the mince mix into a casserole dish

7. Add the potato to the top and drizzle with a little olive oil (optionally sprinkle with a little bit of grated cheese).

8. Bake in the oven until the top is golden brown (maybe 180 degrees ish)
