Crab dip (grandpa brumley’s recipe)

1 onion 1 can shrimp 2 cans crabmeat 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese 1 (3 oz.) Pkg. Cream cheese 1 can mushroom soup 1 small jar diced pimento 1/2 lb. Oleo 3 heaping Tbsp. Flour 1 large can Pet milk 1 large can water Seasonings
1/4 tsp. Red pepper 1/4 tsp. Chives 1/4 tsp. Oregano 1/4 tsp curry powder 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. Garlic salt 1/4 tsp. Marjoram 1/4 tsp. Paprika salt and pepper

1. In a large saucepan, melt oleo. Add flour to make a paste. Mix soup, milk and water together. Slowly add to butter mixture. Add the two cheeses and seafood. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add all seasoning. Note: The only way one can make a mistake is the amount of flour. Particular attention should be given to that. Use a little more than a tablespoon but not as much as a measuring spoon. Jan-Su Junque Combine equal parts: Beer Nuts, Shoe String Potatoes, Cheesy Popcorn and extra thin Pretzels.
