Cranberry Sauce of Michel Rouse - Recipefy

1 cup (200 g) sugar, 1 cup (250 ml) cream sherry, 4 cups (1 12-oz package) fresh cranberries

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 25 min

1. Bring sherry and sugar to a boil (stir to dissolve sugar)

2. Add cranberries, return to a boil

3. Reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes or until cranberries burst

4. Add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon stick and simmer another 10 minutes
