Cream cheese crockpot chicken

2.5-3 pounds chicken breast or tenderloins
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 can black beans – drained and rinsed
1 can kernel corn
1 can Rotel
1 package of taco seasoning

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 7 min

1. Place all ingredients in the crock pot and stir

2. Cover and cook 6-8 hours on low

3. Serve over rice, chips, dilute and eat as a soup… it’s full of options!
