Creamy avocado pasta recipe

10 oz shortcut pasta (elbow)
1 avocado
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup fresh basil
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced red onions
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 salt and pepper
1 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 juice of lemon

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. 1. Get a big pot of water, add salt, bring to a boil: add pasta when ready.

2. 2. Cut avocado in half, scoop out, and put in food processer. Add basil, garlic, juice of lemon, salt, olive oil. Pulse till creamy.

3. 3.In a bowl with The cherry tomatoes and onions: add Italian seasoning & balsamic vinger, salt and pepper. Mix together, let sit in Balsamic vinegar for a few mins.

4. 4.when pasta is cooked and well drained, scoop avocado in tomato and onion bowl.

5. 5.add pasta in bowl. Mix together.

6. 6. Scoop in serving bowl and eat
