1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/3 cup shelled walnuts
2 tsp honey

1. Spoon the yogurt into a colander or strainer lined with paper towels or coffee filters. Put the strainer over a bowl and put into the refrigerator to drain for 2 hours.

2. Preheat the oven to 400*F. Spred the walnuts on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes. Be careful not to let them burn. When they have cooled, chop them very finely.

3. Spoon the thickened yogurt into a small dish; discard the drained liquid. Stir in the walnuts and honey and serve.
