5oz plain flour
pinch salt
100g/4oz cold butter cut into pieces
75g/3oz soft brown sugar
50g/2oz rolled oats

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 25 - 30 min

1. Crumble topping - mix flour and salt

2. Rub in butter to resemble breadcrumbs

3. Stir in sugar and oats

4. Filling:
Apples/little orange juice/cinnamon (raisins optiona - soak in OJ or alcoholl)
Rhubarb + 2oz/50g brown sugar (or less sugar with a little orange juice)
2 apples, 2 pears - peeled & chopped, 250g/9oz rasberries (fresh or frozen)+1tbsp caster
2 cooking apples peeled & chopped, 4oz blackberries, 50g/2oz soft brown sugar

5. Mix fruit in 25X20cm/10x8 inch oval dish

6. Bake in pre-heated oven 200C for 30 - 35 mins - keep an eye so that it doesn't burn
