Curry Chicken Pakora

2 Chicken Fillets
Balti Curry Paste
Flour
Soda Water
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable Oil

Spicy Vegetable Dip

Sweet Chilli Dip
2 Spring Onions
Red Onion
Red Pepper
Green Pepper
Green or Red Chilli
Corriander

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 25 min

1. Curry Chicken Pakora

2. 1. Cut your chicken fillets into reasonable sized slices. (not to thick for cooking purposes)

3. 2. Mix Flour / Soda Water to make a batter mix and a 2/3 teaspoons of curry paste. Add seasoning if you require. (Don't over whisk)

4. 3. Heat Vegetable oil in a deep pan / wok.

5. 4. Add the chicken to the batter mix and deep fry for approximately 2 minutes each before bringing out to drain.

6. 5. Once chicken has had a chance to drain and cool, re-fry for a further 2/3 minutes before serving.

7. Spicy Vegetable Dip

8. 1. Micro dice all the vegetables and the Corriander and mix together thoroughly and leave to fuse for at least an hour if possible.

9. 2. Mix with a reasonable amount of Sweet Chilli Dipping sauce and serve with your curry pakora.
