Patal Pohe, two finely chopped onions, two finely chopped tomatoes, green chillies, salt, sugar, oil, mohri, heeng, freshly grated coconut, turmeric

Directions
1. Add the finely chopped onions, tomatoes, half the green chillies finely cut, fresh grated coconut and salt into the patal poha. Sprinkle a little bit of sugar too.
2. Make a tadka with a little bit of oil, add mohri and heeng and turmeric to it.
3. Add the tadka to the poha mixture and mix it thoroughly with hand.
