For dough
0.5 kg white flower
1 egg
1 egg-white
2. spoons of yogurt
1 dcl of warm milk
Dry yeast
Olive oil
Red pepper
For filling
0.5 kg Spinach
0.25 kg Fresh cheese
2 small onions
Prosciutto
2 spoons of parmesan
Salt, pepper, basil
Prep. Time → 30-45 min
Cook Time → 30-45 min

Directions
1. Make the dough and let it rest while you make the filling. Once the filling is done fill the dough with it and sculpture the desired shape.
2. Put them in the oven and spread the left over egg yolk over them.
