Darl chocolate brownies with chocolate drizzle

for the brownies 225g (80Z) finest fairtrade organic chocolate 140 (5oz) butter cut into sall pieces 3 large eggs 225g (8oz) golden caster suger 100 (31/2 oz ) 1stp bakeingpowder 1 sbsp cocoa powder
for the chcoclate drizzle icing
25g(1oz) finest fairtrade organic choclate 2 tbsp double cream 1/2 tsp golden caster suger

Prep. Time → 30 min

Cook Time → 25-30 min

1. 1) preheat the oven to gas 4 , 180 C FAN 160 line a rectangular tin ( 27 x 17.5 x 3.5 cm ) with bakeing parchment chop 175g ( 6oz ) of the choclate for the brownies and place in a small havey-based pan with the butter . melt over a low heat ,stirring occasionally . remove from low heat and leave to cool

2. 2) chop 50 (2oz ) of chocolate into small chunks and set asie . when the choco;ate has colled whisk the eggs and suger together with a hand mixture in a large bowl until thick and fluffy and almost doubled in volume gently fold in the cooled chocolate sift the flour bakeing powder and cocoa and gental fold in carefully stir in the chopped chocolate with out over mixing

3. 3) pour the mixture into the lined tin and lightly spread it in to all the corners bake for 25-30 minutes or until hte middle is just set and the top is slightley crustey . (if it's still wobbley in the center leave it a bit longer) remove and leave until entirely cold before lifting out of the tin

4. 4 ) very finely chop the chcolate for the icing put into a small heavy based pan with the cream and suger and heat gentaly until the chocolate has thoroughly melted pour in the 1-1/2 tablespoons of boiling water to a thin drizzle over the brownies when set cut into 15 sqyares delicious with ice cream .
