Deep dish tomato pie recipe

1 lb (pizzia dough:)
1 1/2 cups seedless tomato purée
2 cups cherry grape tomatoes, halved
4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 fresh basil
1 spice dried oregano
1 extra virgin olive oil
1 salt and pepper

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 25 min

1. 1. Take your 12 inch deep dish pizzia pan: oil the bottom and sides of pan: with olive oil.

2. 2.put pizzia dough in it, and stretch it out with hands:

3. 3.brush The top with olive oil.

4. 4.cover with plastic wrap, and leave somewhere warm to rise for an hour.

5. 5. When done, preheat oven to 450*.

6. 6. In a bowl, with the chopped cherry tomatoes, and minced garlic, add salt and olive oil, (tsp) mix.

7. 7. Take seedless tomato purée, and take a laddle spoon, and smear the top of dough. Don't add too much, or it will get soggy: add a pinch of salt.

8. 8.Top with the chopped tomatoes, chopped garlic.

9. 9.Add oregano: put in oven 20 to 25 mins, till sides are golden brown.

10. 10. Add some fresh basil on top, when done: cut with cutter and eat.
