easy banoffee pie

250g digestive biscuits (crushed)
100g Butter
397g tin Nestle Carnation Caramel
3 bananas (sliced)
300ml double cream
cocoa powder

Prep. Time → 15 min

1. Gently melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the crushed biscuits, mix well until the butter has been absorbed, press onto the base and sides of a greased 20.5cm /( 8inch) flan tin and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.

2. Spread the caramel over the biscuit layer, then top with most of the sliced banana.

3. Whip the cream until thick then spread over the top of bananas. Add remaning bananas around the edge.

4. Finish off with a dusting of cocoa powder
