Effies Stuffing of Karyn Johnson - Recipefy

3-4 cups dry bread crumbs
(I use pepperidge farm cubed stuffing bread crumbs 12oz bag)
1 cup+ finely chopped onion
2 cups+ heart of celery chopped include leaves
2 tsp sage
2 tsp poultry seasoning
salt and pepper to taste

1. Toss all ingredients together shortly before your ready to stuff the bird. Dry the turkey cavity well with paper towels, pack into turkey.

2. I Toss the leftover stuffing with chicken broth until moist, bake in a greased Corningware dish at 350ish 30-45 minutes, uncovered. Later mix with the stuffing from bird.
