Faux-garlic sauce

Garlic, peeled, cloves from 3 to 5 whole bulbs
Fresh Thyme / Lemon Thyme
Fresh Rosemary (optional)
Butter
Scallions
A Lime, juiced and zested

Optional
Apple or Pear

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. Blanch garlic 3 to 5 times.
If using apple/pear, dice and add to the last blanching.

2. Once fruit is soft, blench using immersion blender slowly adding all other ingredients. Add water/butter to calibrate consistency.

3. Devour.
