Ingredients for 2 People
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 fillet steaks
2 tablespoons whisky
3fl oz of double cream
1 tablaspoon of grain mustard
flat-leaf parsley, to garnish

Directions
1. Cook the steaks how you like them.
Remove from the pan.
2. Stir the whisky, cream and mustard into the pan juices and bubble
the sauce rapidly for 2 minutes until thickened.
3. Serve each steak, and spoon over the sauce.
Garnish with parsley.
