Fish and chips
Recipe by2 fillets of white plaice or other white fish(skinned and cut into 1-cm wide strips)/salt and pepper/2tbsp flour/1 egg/115g breadcrumbs/1tbsp fresh chopped parsley
chips:2 large potatoes /6 tbsp olive oilv
Prep. Time → 25 min
Cook Time → 40-50 min
1. 1.add the salt and papper to the flour and roll the strips of fish in it unrill covered
2,beat the egg and dip the fish into it
3. put the breadcrumbs and parsley in a bag and add fish and shake well
4.put the bag in the frigde for 30 mins
5.cut each potato into 8 wedges then coat with the oil then season them with pepper
6.bake the chips for 35-40 mins
7.when the fish has cooled for 30 mins bake for 15-20 mins
8.serve with lemon and parsley
