500g firm white boneless fish,cut into 10 3cm cubes
1/2 cup plain flour
2 eggs, beaten with a little milk
1 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
3/4 cup olive oil
lemon,to serve, cut into wedges

Prep. Time → 6 min

Cook Time → 8 min

1. Place fish cubes into a large ziplock plastic bag with flour. Gently shake to coat each piece of fish.

2. Dip fish into the egg mixture

3. Then dip fish into the combined breadcrumbs and seasoning

4. Fry crumbed fish pieces in olive oil on medium heat for 3-4 minutes until golden, turning a couple of times. Serve with wedges of lemon.
