Flapjack's
Recipe by175g Butter, 125g soft light brown sugar, 55g golden syrup, 350g porridge oats
Prep. Time → 5-7 min
Cook Time → 25-30 min
1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180c/gas mark 4. Put the butter, sugar and syrup into the saucepan
2. 2. Heat the pan over a low heat for 2-3 mins, stirring until mealted. Remove the pan from the hob, add the porridge oats and mix well.
3. 3. Pour all the mixture into the prepared cake tin. Press down well using a spatular.
4. 4. Bake in the centre of the oven for 25-30 mins until golden but still slightly soft. Remove the tin from the oven and leve to cool for 10 minutes.
5. 5. Cut into squares and allow to cool completely in the tin.
6. 6. Carefully remove the flapjacks from the tin using a knife. Store in an airtight container for up to one week or less

Yum Yum Very tasty I would Totaly Recomend them
