FLAPJACK RECIPE
300g / 12oz Margerine
150g / 6oz demerara sugar
6 X 15ml spoons of golden syrup
375g / 15oz porrage oats
75g / 3oz plain flour

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 35 min

1. METHOD
Set oven to gas mark 4 and well grease the tin
1) Melt fat sugar and syrup
Stir until desolved and remove from heat
2) Mix in porrage oats, flour and dried fruit
3) Press into the tin,sprinkle on seeds and honey
4) Bake for 35 minutes
5) Leave to cool in the tin
