Frittata di pane - Fried bread of Rosa Lanzillotti - Recipefy

200 g stale bread (I use the stale bread because that's what I eat, but will be fine any other type of bread)
Milk to soften the bread
3 eggs
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
basil
(If you have leftover cheese, salami or veggies)
Olive oil

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. An omelet of bread quick and easy to take to the beach or just in order to consume the leftovers of bread.

2. Soak up the bread into small pieces in milk and wring it out.

3. Whisk the eggs with the Parmesan cheese, salt and basil, combine the bread and mix well.

4. Pour the mixture into a pan with a little olive oil and cook over low heat until it has formed a nice crust.

5. Remember to turn the pan often to evenly cook the omelet.

6. Overturn with the help of a plate and finish cooking the other side.

7. Place it on a plate to cold and enjoy!
