Garden vegetable soup

Ingredients
4 qts. water, boiling
3 carrots, sliced
3 stalks celery, diced
3 potatoes, cubed
3 cups shredded cabbage
1 onion, diced
1-2 veg. bouillon cubes
3 cups peas, frozen
1/4 cup parsley, minced

Directions
1. Saute onion in 2 Tbs. oil until tender.
2. Add all ingredients except (peas, parsley).
3. Bring water to a boil.
4. Add and simmer vegetables til tender. Do not overcook.
5. Add peas during last ten minutes.
6. Add parsley and serve.
