Ginger banoffee pudding sw

Ingredients for Serves 4 @ 5 syns each
6 ginger biscuits
2 large bananas
1 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tubs Muller Light toffee yoghurt
½ oz plain chocolate, grated

Directions
1. Place the ginger biscuits in a clean plastic bag. Seal and crush finely with a rolling pin. Peel and thinly slice the bananas, then toss in the lemon juice to prevent browning.
Layer the toffee yoghurt, sliced banana and crushed ginger biscuits alternatively in 4 serving glasses. Top each glass with grated chocolate and serve.
