Ginger chicken
Recipe by-Ginger Chicken-
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup fresh ginger, cut into matchsticks
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into thin strips
3/4 cup halved fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup Sugarsnap Peas
1/4 cup Onion quartered
1/4 cup Juliened Carrots
1 large red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 teaspoon Green Onion
2 tablespoons chicken broth
-Stir Fry Sauce-
3 parts Soy Sauce
2 parts Oyster Sauce
1 part Fish Sauce
Prep. Time → 30 min
Cook Time → 15 min
1. Heat the oil in a wok. Add the garlic and stir-fry until golden brown. Add the chicken and keep stirring until the chicken changes color.
2. Add the Mushrooms, Sugarsnap Peas, Onions, Carrots, and Red Bell Pepper
3. Garnish with green onions and cilantro.
