Golden Mushroom Porkchops of Karyn Johnson - Recipefy

6 pork chops
Seasoning salt and fresh ground pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
8 oz package fresh sliced mushrooms
1 can condensed golden mushroom soup
1/2 cup dry white wine

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Rinse pork chops, pat dry and place in a 9x13 baking dish.

3. In a bowl, combine the onion, mushrooms, soup and wine. Mix together well and spoon over the chops.

4. Cover and bake for 30-45 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chops. Then uncover for 15 minutes more. Pork chops are done when the internal temperature reaches 160°F.

5. (If your chops are really big, or you like it saucy, use 2 cans of golden mushroom soup.)
