Gooey dark chocolate and ginger pudding of Forbidden - Recipefy

150g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
20g butter
4 large eggs, separated
10ml ginger, finely grated
10ml vanilla extract
90g sugar
15ml flour

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. preheat oven to 180C

2. melt chocolate and butter over very low heat then aside to cool for few minutes

3. whisk 4 egg yolks into melted chocolate mixture, followed by ginger, vanilla essence, sugar and flour

4. whisk 4 egg whites until seft peaks

5. fold into chocolate mixture and pour into greased oven dish

6. bake until slightly risen but still gooey in centre, about 10-12min

7. serve with custard
