Granadilla jellies with papaya salsa of Forbidden - Recipefy

30ml gelatin powder
125ml water
600ml extra water
210g (1cup) castor sugar
250ml granadilla pulp
1 small papaya, cubed
handful of fresh mint
3 granadillas, quartered, optional

Prep. Time → 20 min

Cook Time → 40 min

1. place gelatin and 125ml water in bowl and stir to combine. Set aside until gelatin is absorbed, about 5min

2. place extra water and sugar in saucepan over medium heat and stir until sugar is dissolved

3. Add granadilla pulp, bring to bowl and cook for 1min

4. Remove from heat

5. Add gelatin mixture and stir to combine

6. Set aside to cool for 20min

7. Pour mixture into 6 x 250ml molds or glasses and refrigerate until set, about 5 hours

8. Mix papaya with fresh mint and serve with jellies and quartered granadillas
