Granola
Recipe by
Ingredients for 6 one-cup servings
2 Cups rolled oats
1 Cup sliced almonds
1 Cup sunflower seeds
1/2 Cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. 100% maple syrup
3 Tbsp. 100% agave nectar
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 Cup raisins
1/3 Cup dried cranberries
1/3 Cup dried blueberries
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients (except dried fruit!) into a large bowl.
2. Spread mixture onto a baking sheet.
3. Bake in oven @ 300 deg. for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 7 minutes
4. Take granola out of oven and let cool for 10 minutes
5. Add dried fruit, mix, and package.
