Ingredients for 20 pieces
460g porridge oats
200ml honey
80g olive oil
1/2 tsp maldon salt
100g coconut (dessicated or shaved)
nuts and seeds until it looks nice
chopped dried fruit
Prep. Time → 20 min
Cook Time → 35 min

Directions
1. Heat oil , honey and salt in a saucepan until warmed through
2. Mix dry ingredients (not the fruit) in a large bowl
3. Add oil mix and combine until it clumps together (trial and error)
4. Transfer to a baking sheet
5. Bake at 150 degrees c for 30-35 minutes
6. Stir occassionaly for even cooking - more frequently for a looser texture
7. When cool add fruit and transfer to storage jars
