Grilled flank steak & herbed butter

1 flank steak, a little over a pound for 2
salt & pepper
2 TBS unsalted butter, room temperature
2 TBS minced cilantro
1 TBS freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 tsp salt

Directions
1. Bring the flank steak to room temperature. Season generously with salt & pepper. Grill over medium heat for 3-4 minutes a side. Rest for at least 5 minutes, or as long as your stomach can wait.
2. Mix together butter ingredients. Dot on top of the flank steak while it's resting.
3. Serve immediately.
