Ground turkey goulash
Recipe by
12 oz. ground turkey/chicken
4 cups canned tomatoes, finely chopped and low sodium
1/2 cup green pepper
1 tablespoon minced onion
4 oz. mushrooms
2 cup of chicken broth reduced sodium
3 oz. elbow macaroni (I used leftover small bow ties)
1. Place turkey/chicken in nonstick pan with cooking spray and seasoning. I used Season All, I don't care for salt and pepper. Cook until pink is gone. Add tomatoes, pepper, onion, mushrooms, and chicken broth. Boil. Add macaroni ( DO NOT STIR) continue to boil until liquid is absorbed uncovered. It works!
2. 1 1/2 cup a serving and it serves 4
