3 large ripe Haas avocados, halved, seeded, and peeled, 1 clove minced garlic, juice of two limes, 1 teaspoon grated lime zest, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro, dash cumin, two roma tomatoes seeded and chopped, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions
1. In a medium bowl place the avocado and lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mash with a fork until combined but so that some chunks still remain. Fold in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for one hour and serve with tortilla chips.
