Ingredients
180g of frozen peas (defrosted)
1 red chilli, finely chopped
1 small shallot, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
handful of coriander, chopped
1 tablespoon of tomato paste (0.5 syns)
1 laughing cow light (1.5 syns)
juice of a lime

2. Place all ingredents in a blender and mix until smooth
This is great served as a side with many dishes
