Hashbrown Casserole of Karyn Johnson - Recipefy

2 lbs Frozen shredded hashbrowns
2 cups sour cream
2 tins cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup melted butter
1 large onion grated
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
salt to taste
shredded parmesan

1. Thaw hashbrowns slightly for easier mixing.

2. Mix first 7 ingredients and pour into 9x13 baking dish.

3. Sprinkle liberally with parmesan.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-90 minutes.
