Hearty chicken soup
Recipe by3 cups water
3 chicken fillets
2 chopped carrots
1/2 finely chopped onion
1 celery stick with leaves
1 cube of chicken stock
1 cube of vegetable stock
hand full spagetti pieces (broken to 3 cm's)
2 bay leaves
1 tsp basil
1 tsp rosemary
salt & pepper to tastes
Prep. Time → 10 min
Cook Time → 90 min
1. Add your water to a heavy based pot (deep enough for at least 1 litre of soup) with salt and bring to the boil
2. Add your chicken fillets to the water and leave until tender and fully cooked
3. Pull the chicken apart into tiny pieces with 2 forks and add chopped carrots, onions and celery.
4. Let the broth boil on medium until carrots are soft to the taste.
5. Get a purifier and chop till most of ingredients are basically fine and soup has a less watery, and more mixed texture.
6. Add your spagetti pieces, stock and herbs (bay leaves, basil and rosemary) to the soup and let it boil on medium for 15 to 20 minutes. Can add water should the soup be too thick for personal taste.
7. Add salt and pepper to taste
8. * Serve with buttered bread
