Herb butter

100g Butter (Room Temp.)
1 Medium Clove of Garlic (Minced)
2 Tsp Chives (Snipped)
2 Tsp Parsley (Finely Chopped)

Prep. Time → 10 min

1. Combine all the ingredients until all mixed in.

2. Wrap in cling film in a cylinder shape, alternatively place into silicon moulds, leave to set in the fridge, until needed.

3. If you wrapped in cling film sice into about 1cm thick slices, or pop out of the moulds ands Serve with anything!
