Herbed spinach and feta omlete

1 egg
2 egg whites
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash Italian seasoning
sprinkle of black pepper
1 cup chopped spinach
1/2 cup low fat feta cheese

1. Spray frying pan and saute spinach until wilted, then add feta and cook until melted (it only takes a minute). Transfer into a small bowl and spray pan again to cook omelet.

2. Pour egg mixture into frying pan and allow to set, when the base is cooked rotate frying pan until the bottom and sides are covered with set eggs. Place spinach and cheese mix on one side and flip remaining half over spinach mixture.
