Hoison Sriracha Sheet Pan Chicken of Michele Poole - Recipefy

1/3 cup hoisin sauce
1/3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp Sriracha Chili sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tsp sesame oil
2 garlic cloves minced
1/2 tsp minced fresh ginger root ( I used powdered)
4 bone in chicken thighs ( I used chicken breasts cubed)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 medium sweet potatoe cut into cubes ( I used turnip)
(I also added celery, red onion, and red potatoe)
2 tbsp olive oil
Caulifloweretts or Broccili flowers
1 medium sweet red pepper
Sesame Seeds

Prep. Time → 20 min

Cook Time → 30 min

1. 1. Pre heat oven to 400, Whisk together the first 8 ingredients
2. Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken and sweet potatoe in a single layer in a foil-lined baking pan, Drizzle with 1 tbsp of olive oil and third of the hoisin mixture; toss to coat
3. Bake 15 minutes turn chicken and potatoes. Add cauliflower and red pepper, drizzle with another third of the oisin mixture and remaining olive oil. Bake about 25 min (if thighs, not that long if breasts) Drizzle with the remaining hoisen mixture. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds
