Homemade chips & “meatballs “
Recipe byFor the potato chips
7 medium potatoes
1L oil
Seasoning salt
For the veggie meatballs
One potato
Half cup chickpeas
One onion
One carrot
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
For the salad
1/4 cabbage
10 plum cherry tomatoes
Half cucumber
One spring onion
Drop of apple cider vinegar
Dash of salt
Dash of sugar
For the juice
One mango
One orange
One apple
One lemon
One pear
5 strawberries
Prep. Time → 15 min
Cook Time → 20 min
1. 1.Wash the potatoes & slice them thinly
2.Mix all the ingredients for the “meatballs” in a blender until you obtain a thick chunky paste
3. Heat up a skillet with the oil
4.Add the potatoes and cook until golden brown
5.Prepare the salad while the potatoes are cooking
6.Take the potatoes out and add the seasoning salt
7. Fry the “meatballs “ for 2 minutes
8. Plate and enjoy
9. Put all the fruits in the juicer and pulse, yummmmyyyyy
