Homemade Pizza with Prosciutto, Mushrooms and blue cheese of ChefJef - Recipefy

Ingredients

Crust

1 kg flour or 800 gr Tipo '00' flour, plus 200g finely ground semolina flour

1 teaspoon fine sea salt

2 x 7 g dried yeast sachets

1 tablespoon sugar

4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

650 ml lukewarm water

Topping

200 gram tomato paste

200 gram tomato pesto

Grated cheese (mozzarella, Gouda )

8 slices of salami

8 slices of prosciutto

100 gram of blue cheese (gorgonzola)

100 gram of parmesan cheese

10 cherry tomatoes

300 gram chestnut mushrooms or champignons

Springonion

3 cloves of garlic

6 branches of thyme

Pepper & Salt

Prep. Time → 60 min

Cook Time → 15 min

1. Crust

2. Mix in a clean bowl the sieved flour and salt
In a separate bowl mix the yeast, sugar and olive oil into the water and let it stay for a while
Make a well (hole) in your bowl with flour and salt
Pour the water mixture in the well (hole) and by using a fork bring in the flour gradually
Continue until most of the flour is mixed with the water
After this you go on by hand to knead until you have a smooth dough
Place the ball of dough in a large flour dusted bowl and cover the bowl with a cloth
Place the bowl in a warm room for about an hour until the dough has doubled in size
Now remove the dough from the bowl and knead it again a little bit to press out the air
Divide the dough into smaller balls
Roll out the dough with a roller about 0.5 cm thick and round, remember to use flour on your working surface to prevent it from sticking

3. Topping

4. Mix the tomato paste and pesto together in a bowl
Spread the tomato mix gently on the bottom of your pizza
Sprinkle the grated cheese gradually over the pizza
I would advise to bring cook this bottom so far, for about 6 minutes on 200 celsius
This prevents it from being soggy and not crispy

5. After pre-baking the pizza we continue to put the ingredients on top
Divide the prosciutto and salami over the pizza
Add the quartered cherry tomatoes and sliced mushrooms
Add the cutted blue cheese and grated parmesan
Add the chopped thyme, garlic and spring onion
Finish the pizza with a little pepper and salt and a sprinkle of olive oil
Bake the pizza for 10 minutes on 200 celsius
Voila that’s it now you've made your tasty homemade pizza!
