3lb of babby carrots, peeled
3 oz of butter
2 tablespoons of clear huney
1 tablespoon of wholegrain musterd

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 190.
Put the carrots in a roasting tin.
Melt the butter, huney and mustard together.
2. Pour the butter mixture over the carrotes
and toss tigether.
Roast for 30 minutes.
