Honey Cake of Gali Dachot - Recipefy

3 egg yolks
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup honey
1 cup oil
1 cup strong brewed coffee
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
salt

3 1/2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup walnuts or almonds (optional)

3 egg whites
1/4 cup sugar

1. Take all the wet ingredients in the first group and mix into a big bowl

2. Mix all the dry ingredients in the 2nd group separate.

3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until you have a smooth batter.

4. Take the egg whites and whip until they become foamy then add the sugar and continue to whip.

5. Add the egg whites to the batter and mix all together.

6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 60-70 minutes or until cake is ready.
